Ban Reason: Staff disrespect and no intention to rp
Time of Occurrence: around 3pm PST
Relevant Evidence: Idk but like i was rping all before then me n the mayor and some other people jumped of the cliff then died and Skye came near the end of all of it and had 0 evidence of me Staff disrespecting and having no intention to rp.
Additional members involved/witnessing: idk there names also 1 other moderator

@cxcordell was taking your sit here. You were mic spamming the Russian anthem even though Cxcordell was more than just patient with you and asked you to quit it twice. You constantly spoke through him and wouldn't let cordell finish. Finally when you were sexually harrasing his "sister", I had enough and banned you for a week.

We do not accept this kind of behaviour towards players and especially not towards staff during a sit.

In my opinion this appeal is denied, but since it was Cxcordell his sit I'm gonna let him decide if you should be unbanned or not.

and Skye came near the end of all of it and had 0 evidence of me Staff disrespecting

Well i mean you saw the sit so like of course its not going to be in rp so how would you know i had no intention to rp maybe alittle staff disrespect but i dont agree with the no intention to rp thing also we both know i was joking about his sister and sexual harrasment i said yoo she got sc, and i let him finish speaking. I played the russian national anthem when he was afk so like i turned it off when he came back

You have to know that I was the cop stopping all of you from commiting suicide. Instead of actually role-playing, you ignored me(IC) and another staff-member's orders (OOC) not to jump, by jumping into the ravine.

The way you, and the people around you, kept acting in the sit was not only really annoying, but also quite disrespectful. You were unlucky enough to do it one to many times and you were made an example of.

It could be that you two are friends and @cxcordell accepted the "joke", but you have to understand that not everyone around you knows that and might even think it is acceptable to act the way you did towards another staff member.

With that said, I'm going to leave it up to @cxcordell to accept or deny your appeal, since you say you two have a history.
