Time of Occurrence: 8:50pm PST
Relevant Evidence: There is no evidence but my gun had 0 ammo in it i had a gun license a man vdmed 3 people in front of them they did nothing about it and he also stole my car so i pulled a makrov out and told him to leave the other cops were find but he got mad at me for it when they gave me warning points i asked for the Senior admin on but they refused then i got banned
Additional members involved/witnessing: Frank Williams he was with me when i was getting arrested by them

I was the banning staff member in this situation. Firstly, you didn't have a gun license as it was checked during your arrest by the Police Chief which was Gamz at the time. He asked you to drop the weapon multiple times and you refused saying to "kill you" if he wanted to retrieve the weapon. This incident was ongoing for over 5 minutes where you were given multiple chances to drop the weapon and to continue roleplay without having any further punishment. Initially, you were given two warning points for the endeavor. However, you continued to void roleplay and refuse to drop the weapon even after the fact and therefore, received a ban. It was entirely justified and your attitude is not acceptable.

You didnt say anything during it it was only gamz saying stuff yes i refused to drop it since you were corrupt and i did have a gun license i know that to be a fact Gamz let a man vdm 3 people you arrested me for having a legal gun and tried to take it which is not allowed and even if i had a gun out you cant cuff a man with a gun out on you so i would like a higher up SA+ to review it instead another Staff member who wasnt the banning person
