Ban Reason: Lying in a sit, metagaming
Time of Occurrence: 12:09AM
Relevant Evidence: So my friends were farming and i was mining and they started to get robbed. They told me over discord but i wasnt going to do anything since its metagaming, i have been on the server long enough to know this. Both of my friends complied with the orders of the robbers but they killed them anyways, which is RDM. Me being pissed off about this i decided to just go, because thats wrong of them but also wrong of me to go there. At the same time the staff member gave the 2 players WARNINGS POINTS FOR RDM x2. Then when i found out about that i got pissed and they said i metagamed. One of the players have gotten 5 of my friends from the Lucianos banned so i figured he would try to me as well, so i tried to cover my tracks. I was never in a sit so i didnt lie in a sit at all. It just pisses me off that the 2 players get warning points for RDM but when i try to help for broken rules and attempt to cover my tracks i get 3 days.

Regardless, When did he Imessage you if that's your side.? When he had guns pointed at him or when people were coming in? Like i said before i banned you, i said if you have any evidence, give it to me but you just said you didn't care and wanted to be banned. I just don't understand that logic but If you do have proof, please post it here.

Like i stated in the ban appeal, i have no evidence and i wasnt imessaged. I tried to cover my tracks because of the people who were there i know what that kid jamal tries to do. I broke metagaming because he broke the mugging rule. My friends complied and were RDM'd. But they just get warning points thats it? That pisses me off, i only said idc just ban me beacause i knew my fate and im fed up with my experience on the server being ruined by people that dont get punished but others do. I wanna come back and continue my mining grind to craft my stuff. Thank you for your time and im sorry for this inconveinence.

Locked this thread because it got wayyyyy too heated. Warning points will be assigned to the people that deserve them. We have rules for these types of situations so they don't get out of hand like this did.

As for the ban, it will persist until @JayQuan Sinclair provides proof in his favor.

There's no proof... I metagamed its true. I didn't lie in a sit because i was never brought into one. The other 2 players got warning points for fucking RDM and i get banned. Bullshit, these players get away with everything and ruin others experiences.
