Request reason: I was playing as a Police Sargeant and Benji took me hostage inside of Richards 10, while holding me Jeff Hunter put down a sign that said 'wank the willy' on it and then Benji later shot and injured me even though I was complying with everything they asked.

So what happened was jeff is know to ERP a lot and i was telling him not to say that stuff and he continued to and Im pretty sure I could shoot you in the foot to injure you and it wouldn't be against the rules from what I know I have been kidnapped once and shot in the foot and I complied also you could see your getting steam messages from someone asking if your out yet why its that???

@Gregg @PokeMon Benji did originally tell Jeff to stop, I remember that and probably have video of it, Jeff acted alone on that.

I have had that happen to me and made a report and a mod said it wasn't against the rules

@PokeMon My friend wanted to talk to me about something OOC but I told him I couldn't because I was being held hostage, you can see that I was not answering him and I waited until the situation was over.

I am going to lock this for now until I render my judgement.

To clarify on some things. You may not harm hostages if they are complying or otherwise not a threat. You already have them under FearRP, why should you attack them and hurt them when they're simply doing as told already? I am unsure of who told you this but I'll correct that for you now, if you take anymore hostages you will not hurt them unless they pose a threat or negotiations are called off and you are forced to kill them.

• @PokeMon will receive 1 warning point for RDM, as previously stated you may not attack players randomly especially hostages unless they become a threat or negotiations are called off and it is required. If they comply, do not harm them. You can fire a warning shot, but it must not injure the player.
