What happened: logged in and have literally none of my skill levels.

What do you need refunded:All of my skill levels. I am player level 595 and have sank over a thousand hours into the server and am drawing a blank why i would loose all my levels out of the blue. really hoping a staff can refund my hard work.
Evidence:
Read, understood and followed refund request rules and guidelines?: yes....... If more evidence for my skills is needed i can post a 5 minute video showing me in game and showing me go into the skills tab.
