Date and time of loss: 23/06/2017 - Around 22:20 (Or whenever the server crashed) This was on server #2
What happened:
Was chopping trees when the server randomly crashed (can provide proof if needed), an instant crash that automatically disconnected everyone; I later rejoined and went to the bank, only to see all my items missing and only 2-3k of cash in the bank.
Hopefully there is some sort of logs for things like these as I "before" evidence is a good 20-30mins prior to the crash.

How much do you need refunded: $62,900 cash + the price of the 3 tables.
