I was not confronted about this situation prior to being banned. However, I can recall the events that took place during this situation. I gun-pointed an officer that was arresting my organisation member Carlos for 10 years and gave him verbal orders to release him. Instead, the officer decided to not comply under gunpoint and drive away then get out and draw his gun which lead to a shootout between me and him (This event can be proven as I create a ticket regarding this situation). I was knocked unconscious and quickly revived by a medic. After being revived by the medic i was detained, then another one of my org member helped Carlos escape by being a getaway driver and driving him away. Instead, the officer decided to open fire on me and other innocent bystanders. Later on whilst unconcious from the underaged officer with an AR-15 (Which can also be proven from the reply that I added to the ticket regarding the officer shooting innocent bystanders) I was revived for the 2nd time. However, the officer was no longer on scene and pursuited the vehicle that left. As a result, I took that opportunity to get away on foot and was no longer in a roleplay situation when i disconnected as the officer was not actively after me and I had hidden deep in the forest. Therefore, I am confused as to why I was banned.

Furthermore, I do not understand where FailRP would come in place as I do not recall failroleplaying in any aspect form or way. Perhaps if the banning staff member could provide me with why he added this reason that would be great.

I heard a completely different story, with most of what you've said not being mentioned at all. I also had logs proving that you were cuffed when you left, although i didn't know you had died prior to it, or after the situation. I'd also like to mention that i never saw your report, even though i check the reports regularly. This, from my perspective looked like you were just going around failrping, then left to try and avoid the rp situation all together.

Since the ban wasn't that long in the first place, I can unban you, although please keep in mind that if you make a report on somebody, don't leave shortly after, as it will make the whole situation more complicated, and un-completed.

Thank you very much for your understanding! I'll be more mindful of my actions next time it was just quite a surprise to see that I was banned out of the blue thanks for your clarification and the misinterpretation explained.
