Relevant Evidence: There was no evidence shown from either site that is questioning every reason above. I have been getting words put in my mouth that i never said and the whole sit was pretty disrespectful from the admins side. I never got asked to show any of my evidence so i could show my side. I have been in passenger seat for most of what happened when my friend died with the locked car and the car being blown up.

The evidence is @Major Lorne(Pmx) being present for the entire situation, and also present during the sit.

What I had gathered was a blatant violation of FearRP and FTVL.

How so? You violated FearRP by not leaving the vehicle whilst under FearRP as officers had their guns trained on you, if they demand that you exit the vehicle while under gunpoint, you have to exit the vehicle in compliance to the FearRP rule.

FTVL was violated due to the fact that you sat in a burning exploded vehicle the entire time, which would've killed you. No one would risk their life sitting in a burning car, they would definitely try to escape even if it meant being arrested.

PMX mentioned in the sit that you were in the driver seat of the vehicle, you kept debating that you were the passenger. Regardless, you can easily swap seats in vehicles, so I don't see the issue?

We were chasing the car. You decided to go in the garage, in the middle of the chase which is not allowed. We waited until you left the garage and someone spike striped it to prevent you from escaping and once you left the garage with the car your back tires were spiked and we aimed several weapons at you while you were trying to escape the scene with your car.
A police officer was also using his car to stop you from moving further but you just kept going after several fearRP violations.

Finally, when your car blew up you did not leave the vehicle while in the driver's sit. Therefore you failed to value your life.
