Date and time of loss: October 25th, 2019 - October 26th
What happened: Basically I painted my jetski, put the blue underglow on it, and a 200k engine upgrade. When I go to the mod shop and look at my jetski, the effects are on the jetski. When I deploy my jetski the effects are not displayed on the jetski. I was able to get my 200k back for the engine, but could i be refunded for the underglow atleast? since it was like 35k for nothing :S

What do you need refunded: Price of Blue Underglow
Evidence: No real way to prove the White Jetski in picture is mine. all i could really do was take pictures of me unlocking/locking it.
