I don't want punishment, just a decision on whether this is head glitching or not (Shain refused to stop the situation despite spectating it and knowing of the raider's positions) and also some improvement to the Jewelry store (props to block people from shooting over the cases & new cover)

This goes both ways, cops use their cars for headglitching, so if jewelry headglitches are removed, so should be against rules using cars as cover in this situation.

Cops and CIVs alike can both use cars as headglitches to my understanding, also IMO this is head glitching but it’s on a map prop, not a player deployed one, also jewellery store can be won as cops even with a lot of people doing this.
