I would like to start off this appeal by apologizing for the actions that transpired yesterday. I also would like to state that I know this is my account, therefore my responsibility. I've recently had a friend who is in a bad place crash on my couch for the past 2 weeks. He saw my playing this game a couple days ago and asked if he could try to play. I agreed to letting him played, and would sit there teaching him how to play, I explained the controls, and I brought up the rules for him to read. Over the past 2 days he would take turns playing off and on. Yesterday (6/27/19), he asked if he could play while I was at work so I told him he could. I also stated not to play as a policeman until he fully knew how to play and I suggested he should go work for a job. When I arrived home from work and walked into my computer room, i noticed he quickly closed out of garry's mod. I had also noticed my character viewing the street from a roof. I asked him he was in an admin sit and just logged out. I instantly kicked him off the computer and tried to log back in to talk to the admin who was dealing with the issue to see that I was already banned. I was infuriated and had been questioning the guy playing on what he did. He stated that "There was a fireman who stole my police car so when he came back I shot him"; and when I asked him why he quit out of garry's mod he said he was nervous I would be mad. I don't know what really happened and would love it if you could provided some details on the events that transpired. I don't really believe the story I was told because the infraction that I heard what happened would not justify a 4 week ban. I also don't believe the ban message would state all those other offenses.
Like I said, I know this is my account and therefore my responsibility. I am going to take responsibility for what happened. I would just like to know what happened from the perspective of who punished me.
Now I would like to talk on my previous transgressions. Around, and I'm estimating, 2 weeks ago I received a driving blacklist for 24 hours. I learned from that experience and if anything involving a car accident with a player occurs I make sure to step out of the vehicle and check the victims pulse and call for EMS if needed. I also received a FailRP warning points last week which I learned you can't switch jobs to avoid an RP situation. I have learned from these mistakes.
To conclude this appeal, I apologize for what happened. I am hoping that when reading this you can have mercy on me. I am hoping to outright appeal the ban, but I have a feeling that this will not happen. Could I potentially be blacklisted from being a police officer for some time or reduce the duration of the ban.
