Unban Reason: I never actually threatened him and i was never given a warning. I have no record on the sever of not following rules and I dont seem how one issue should get me banned and im upset how i was banned even tho i just purchased premium for the sever today and i get banned so im very upset and if possible I would like to talk with a admin or someone about this issue on discord Arron Malon#0742 is my info for discord i truly feel I was banned unfairly

Hello, @Jimbo Fisher. I was present with @Mr.Alex during a staff sit, during which you were being very disrespectful to the accusing party. After I told you to keep it civil you said; "I will find you in real life and put you to bed..."
However, it was brought to my attention that at the end of this statement you then said; "Becuase it is past your bedtime" which I was not aware of, nor did you mention when told you your punishment.


I hope you understand the implication being made with what you said and how this can easily be interpreted as a threat to someone's life. I want you to understand that we do not tolerate threats of any form on Monolith. Especially since you led off with "I will find you in real life"

Your ban will be reduced to a week.

Let me clarify something real quick.

Just because you buy premium does NOT mean you will receive special treatment from staff.

Punishments for rule breaks are indiscriminate.
