Time of Occurrence: Roughly 12:30 AM - 1:00 AM EST (??), not sure all I know it was very early.
Relevant Evidence: So essentially I was hanging out in the vault with bank robbers, they said it was fine if I just watched them rob the bank since I was curious as to how they did it and there were no cops cause they all died earlier. I was in the vault and all of the robbers had left the vault, so I saw an empty bag on the ground and picked it up, this is where the 'mingegrabbing' came in. I have a bind I hit when I go to loot bodies/stuff off of the ground. I thought I hit the bind (obviously the bind didn't display the text so it obviously didn't /me) when I picked up the bag. Then I ran out of the vault trying to escape with the empty bag (keep in mind there were a lot of fires in town at the time so my game was lagging pretty hard), that is where they killed me in front of the doorway inside of the bank. I was dead for a few seconds when my game froze and I got an error similar to this one:
Over the past few days, I have been receiving this error when I am around a lot of entities or things like fires, typically I rejoin the server if I die and try to make sure I was in the clear with the administration about the disconnect, but since this was so early in the morning and I was in a somewhat shitty mood from an admin sit earlier that ended in a stupid conclusion (Long story short, was killed by a cop who shot me in the back because I was fleeing on foot and lost my P99). I was angry I crashed so I just shut down my PC and went to bed since I had class in the morning. I also assumed they had enough time (considering the few seconds I was dead I saw them loot my body) to take the bag back from my body. Yeah, it was dumb to not reconnect but I was angry and the game crashed on me so it would've taken like 5-7 minutes just to reconnect. I have only had one issue with minge grabbing in the past and that is why I created my bind, but it just didn't work this time.

EDIT: I should probably add in I have reset my bind and tested it multiple times on another server to make sure it works from now on, I also popped off my key on my keyboard and cleaned under it to make sure there was nothing obstructing it to not be clicking all the way down. I also will note any time I crash, especially in death, I almost always reconnect. I just happened to get extremely triggered that I had crashed for like the 5th time in a day and was already pissed so I just went to sleep. I will make sure to always reconnect from now on and clarify with admins after I am loaded in.
