Jimmy Wallace Ticket EXP Farming

I have a link here showing him EXP farming with the individual in the photo. Jimmy Wallace had told his associate that he will keep ticketing him until he reached level 10. I also believe that his associate Heal EXP Farmed because not soon after I left, he turned into a paramedic.
