Before I went to the tavern i took someone hostage which is why I had a gun i parked at tavern and went in and had some fun like buying lobster's or signing. After I started to leave the place I was in the front when two cops said hey he has an illegal gun they didnt have guns drawn but they were gonna pull them out so i pulled mine out and took action to defend my goodies as anyone else would. and after the big gunfight ,I get pulled by friskie with no warning no nothing and he continued to tell me what how i didnt make any sense and how I don't know how to rp when I legit know how to properly and I've been in this community for a while.

Overall he didn't take the sit seriously and banned me for what everyone else would do in that case.
So I'm going to keep this short because the video shows EXACTLY what was wrong in that situation. Basically i was in the tavern and had a gun on my back, and as I said in the video I had just finished a kid napping, and didn't want to un-equip to break the 10 minute rule because I had used it against a player (To try to conduct fear rp) so I kept it on me and went about my business in the tavern. Once I completed my business I went to leave the tavern and there is a deputy with a taser pointed at me telling me to put my hands up. As this wasn't a gun he was holding to me, fear rp did not come into play so I was more than free to draw my weapon. I blast down the one deputy and I proceed to bunker down because I know there is going to be a shoot out, this was not cop baiting seems how there were already several officers approaching the scene. So I begin shooting at the other cops and kill a few and inevitably die in the process. Once I died friskie waited for my death timer to be done and then he brought me to a roof when I respawned, which is understandable as to not ruin any rp moments that may have occurred, but there was no player report on it, since there were no other players in the sit, so he had to have watched the situation himself. This is when the video transpires and I could understand if he saw this situation from a different light, but from the discussion of what occurred, we both saw the same thing. Now I could have understood RDM as he was watching the situation unfold and he might not have heard what happen he could've just thought I shot at him randomly, but that could've been cleared up rather quickly. I see no evidence of how this NITRP as well as cop baiting. He also tried to say I could've just put my weapon away and gone about my day but that isn't how the police work, if they see you doing something illegal, whether you could help it or not, they will try to arrest you or ticket you for any breaking of the law.
