He managed to arrest me and then when I served my jail time (stopped recording to cut this) he was chasing me around with a baton saying I broke out. For context I walked on the monorail station to the bank as I missed the train and when I got down he cuffed me, I didn't agree with it personally. but the report is for him beating me multiple times when cuffed.
