@Hazza I know I was failrping but I don't think 17 seconds explains all of the story he was jaywalking so I asked him why and cuffed him for the 2 others I was trying to get the chair out of the road I couldn't pick it up so I thought I could shoot it so it despawns the guy in the van pulls up right next to where I shooting and I even called a mechanic and apologized
