Ban Reason: Fail RP, Fail Driving, and VDM
Unban Reason: I hit a police officers car while driving around, and he immediately started chasing me with his lights on. I was running from him for about a minute or two when I then just decided to pull over. Immediately after pulling over he got out and started rapid firing at me with his shot gun me and he hit me multiple times. I scream what are you doing over the mic and speed off because he kept shooting. The cop continued to chase me and after another minute or two I slow down to talk to him over the mic and he jumps out of the car and immediately begins shooting at me again. At this point im on around 20% health and I am driving as fast I can to save my life and I heard the officer call in something on the radio. I hit one person in the intersection between the highway and the train track because they were in the middle of the road and I had no choice. Not even a minute later I get kicked and instantly receive a 4 day ban. I did not even get a sit nor was I talked to by any staff member.

You slammed into a police vehicle with what looked to be in excess of 60 mph, sending it flying several meters, and in the process VDM'ing a civilian.
There's three rule breaks right there.

As an employee of Truenorth you must abide by traffic laws regardless of your government position.

Fail Driving - The process of having no regard to any roleplay when in a vehicle, be it slamming into most if not all objects purposely. Failure to comply with this will result in punishments of FailRP.

VDM - Vehicle Deathmatch - The process of killing people without valid In-Character reasons - just with a vehicle.

You were code red after killing the civilian at casino so the police were in every right to fire at you.

You ran over the police officer that was chasing you, making the second count of VDM in less than five minutes.

To sum it up, you broke no less than three rules within a five minute timespan, one of them you even broke twice.

I wasn't even given a sit. You have to give people a chance to explain themselves before you give them long bans. I've never heard of anyone receiving a punishment like that without being pulled first. And once your code red arent you allowed to drive however you like if it means evading the cops. Thats proper RP so you basically gave me a 4 day ban for VDM'ing one person at the Casino.

Will you drive more carefully in the future instead of slamming into other people and their vehicles and will you follow traffic laws as you are supposed to when employed?
