Additional members involved/witnessing: I was playing Monolith 2 days before leaving for work in the morning, I was role-playing as a police officer. I got into a little scuffle and it was handled. I dropped my cadet off at PD due to the fact I had to work, it was towards the end of the day, I work nights, everyone knows that. I posted a very long introduction as a new member indicating I have a great deal of respect towards the community, I had high intentions of being a very active player. I was then banned for the reasons stated above. Maybe it was an error? Who knows no one spoke to me about it and there were no player reports made. This is what set me off, I never had any interactions with Dipski and I was banned by him with no player reports? @Dipski please contact me when you are available, I will send you my contact information. So this is what happened, me and @Shawntae responded to 2 different reports the one I took was about a VDM and the one shawntae took was about a guy getting randomly shot at. When I teleported to you shawntae was there too, and we were about to talk to you about the situation but you left the server it appeared. The reason I banned you for VDM is because in logs it showed you ran someone over, however you never made any calls for EMS. I was the one who wrote out the ban and was told by shawntae what happened so I banned you for the attempted RDM. I'll let shawntae comment on what happened before a ruling is made on your ban.

@Dipski Also if you would like, before I went to work I responded to a rescue call for my fire department and I the page logged to prove with the TOA (Time Of Accident) as well as my incident report from the call, just another bit of reasoning to have the LTAP removed. Obviously I would have to blur out a lot of the page to avoid patient disclosure.

I see, this might make sense because when we got to you, you were unresponsive so you were probably leaving at that time anyway. I'll most likely unban you, but I want to see what happened in shawntae's situation.

Much like Dipski is describing, I was responding to a report, saying you had fired shots at a guy going past you, for no apparent reason. I went to your location, and was about to move you to a roof with the reporter, to have a conversation. Then Dipski came right as I was about to approach you, and shortly after before we really got to talk, you left the server.

Okay, so in the end it appears you did VDM and attempt to RDM, however I'll reverse the decision on the LTAP since you claimed you had a call. Since you have served 2 days on your ban I will unban you. Accepted
