John Soe was not wearing a seat belt and a red skyline hit me on accident and me and the diver apologized and John Soe was on the ground alive and I made sure he was ok before leaving but he pulled out a Class 3 and shot me for no reason, It was his fault he had no seat belt on. Then he shot me up.

Again I still took damage from it and I remember you hitting us. You have no proof we hit you since the video doesn't show. Not only this I have proof of you randomly cuffing prisoners in cells when they arent doing anything but afking trying to get them LTAA banned.
