Unban Reason: I just got yanked out of a car, frozen and banned without being talked to at all. my friend and I we're switching off driving and such and I think you assumed it was me that hit those 2 people? I'm just kind of confused as I didn't have a single word said to me and got yanked out while I wasn't even the guy driving at that time.

Time of Occurrence: around 5 days ago 11/20/20 or so.

From what I saw was clear VDM, whether intentional or not.
You state that you were not driving at the time, however I removed the vehicle - froze you in place and issued the ban.

I have two damage logs that corroborate that story as well.

Now what this does not show is the crowd of people that were around at the time, had you the chance I believe you would have tried to VDM more. For this reason and for the fact that you appear to be lying in your appeal, I will deny this appeal. Furthermore, you waited exactly a week to make an appeal, I don't know if you hoped that the details surrounding the event would become fuzzy, but it further provides evidence of mal-intent. If the details of your story change, please make another appeal and it will be reviewed appropriately.
