Unblacklist reason: I do admit what I did was wrong but this was my first offence on it. I don't think it warranted this much of a punishment but I swear this will never happen again.

Security Guards may under no circumstances participate in police chases nor assist the Police Department and Sheriff's Department in active shootouts unless they happen within their allocated area of patrol.

That is directly from the rule book.

Reflecting on your history and the impact you had on other players due to this offense, I will not be reducing your blacklist length. Appeal denied.
