What happened: Was making copper bars and LSD in Club Catalyst and it all despawned right infront of me as i started setting up my plant pots

What do you need refunded: 1 Mini Fridge, 1 beaker, 1 of each chemical powder, Gas container, 2 Metal working Benchs filled with copper and 9 Plant pots.
Evidence: None really, tried making a report and waited 20min but the admin online didnt respond to my ticket. Here are the logs from my console from when it happened-

My inventory/Bank account. Logs will show that around 11:58 I deployed all the items I stated above other then my 2nd metal working table which was purchased after this was taken

I would have your DEV team look into this issue a little bit, despawns like this happen to me all the time. This time it just happened to worth a lot of money and making me not want to play on the server

Indeed this has happened occasionally for some players, but without evidence we can not know what items you truly had, therefore we can not accurately refund you. Just having the items deployed, yes it's shown in logs, but we can't tell by logs if someone took your items or if they magically vanished. Unfortunately this refund request will be denied, due to no evidence provided.
