Not asking for an un-ban just a shortened ban as 24 hours was uncalled for.


Basically, I was arrested for no reason, they also arrested our "lawyer" as we were walking to the cells because we weren't allowed lawyers apparently (Everyone has a right to a lawyer), I stayed in character until I was in a jail cell and the cops decided to not RP and leave, I stated "I wouldn't expect squeaker squad to know how to RP as cops anyways" the moderator came and started saying my in character insults were out of character, then when everyone and I proved him wrong he got on me about the squeaker squad thing, so I stated he needs to learn how to do his job since he couldn't tell the difference between IC and OOC (Even though I also stated I was Satan and will burn all of them alive in hell if they didn't listen to me before telling them as "pigs" to drink bleach).


Then when the mod proceeded to argue with me and 2 other mods, I told him I've probably been staff longer than him and that he needs to stop being dense and listen or something like that, then he threatened to ban I believe and I said "do it I don't care" and that he'd eventually lose his position as staff for his actions


Basically I got angered that he kept telling me to shut up instead of letting me explain my words to the cops as IC and just started annoying him on purpose.


Shorten my ban or not, up to owners but I believe you all need to have a talk with the mod about not telling people to shut up and banning longer than is called for. (in my day as staff even if someone legit offended me the longest I banned for first offense was 2-6 hours, not 24)

I believe the ban should at least be shortened to 12 hours, @PsychoPanda93 did some things that was in the wrong such as insulting the staff member handling the situation, all the things he said before that was ment in IC though, from my perspective.

Probably, I have nothing against you all, I was just angered cause you all left us and wouldn't let me try and RP my way out of jail to get my tomato plants lol


as for the offended part, the only person I meant to offend was the mod because he was doing a horrible job at being respectful to people while demanding respect

Plus, your only here on monolith because your power hungry saying that you can be an admin instead of a trial mod because you we're staff member on other popular PERP communities. And its only a day, be patient

Okay, so @OGZeus2010 hasn't replied yet... and I do believe the thread should be locked until further notice. Moving on, you were bragging about being staff in numerous servers the second you got on and were bragging about 'skipping a rank' on Monolith Servers. If that's true, go ahead and do that. But don't have the annoying unnecessary attitude. Keep it to the actual appeal and let's not brag about this.

Everyone does have the right it's your Miranda rights, however, it should be kept in the game (in character) and the officer should be reported when you can to the authorities (in this case; a sheriff.)

Again... this is something I'm really disliking about your attitude. We have our guidelines, you have yours. Understand that. Moral of this, stop bragging about your staffing experiences. If I recall, there were a good ten minutes of you bragging about being staff and "you being able to skip a rank on here".

I was a witness to the situation for a few moments, I was cop at the time this was happening. The whole time I was at the adminsit was extremely annoying, I found @PsychoPanda93 extremely loud and cocky. He was being very cheeky and talking over everyone (to the point I couldn't think myself, it was just yelling down the mic and being completely disrespectful)... I was only there for a few moments because I couldn't stand the shouting and I was not personally involved. Just thought I should give my input. Also about the lawyer bit, he was arrested for speeding and assisting criminals. I know this because I arrested him myself and I am sure the person in question can verify that. 



Furthermore I believe @OGZeus2010 handled the situation very well. And he was telling you to be quiet because you wouldn't let anyone else speak. From what I witnessed you were very lucky to have a 24hr ban, in my opinion it should've been a lot more. Especially if you have the tenacity to try and lecture @OGZeus2010 about how to be an admin. You clearly haven't learnt what you did wrong so I would be looking to extend it not reduce it.

Wasn't directed at just you as I stated above, and no I'm not power hungry lol I was cracking jokes about applying, skipping mod and going straight to admin to piss people off, i joined because I had friends asking me to get on and play.

I was being cheeky but I wasn't talking over everyone thank you, and wasn't arrested for speeding also seeing how I didn't even have my car spawned and was outside tending to my crops the entire time, and he wasn't telling me to be quiet, if he had asked me to be quiet for a moment I would have, instead he told me to shut up when I tried to correct facts.

ok now on to your altered story, I didn't brag about being staff on other servers while in the sit at all, also I only treat those who show me respect with respect, if I disrespected you maybe its because you were being disrespectful to me lol, I said I've seen a 13 year old mod handle a situation better than you, and I also didn't say I would have demoted you if I was owner, I said if you keep treating players the way you were that you wouldn't have your rank for much longer, I did say I don't care if you ban me because yeah I insulted them OOC for not doing their RP job and I would have taken the ban for that, and the only things I said to you after the sit before the ban was "any day now" because you were just standing there in the cell not doing anything, didn't tell me you were gonna ban me or anything just no clipped in there and stood still.


You also during the sit didn't give me a single chance to tell my side of the story at all, like staff is supposed to do.


But all in all I'm unbanned now, this thread is irrelevant, and can be locked/deleted
