I agree he bans people for no reason and I watched him he was speaking to me and bam u banned him for talking about another server I asked him about another rp server that is good like cmon man

First of all, your ban was reduced to one day after I had reconsidered when you made a ban appeal. Secondly, you advertised blatantly in OOC regarding other communities. Thirdly, you were messaging me asking for a refund for premium because you don't want to play on the server anymore although I told you multiple times I can't do that. If it was my decision, you would be banned indefinitely but I am prevented by guidelines, thus, your ban was reduced to a day.

To point out, I don't ban people for no reason else I would have other staff reports on me which I don't. I always confront people regarding their issues and come to a conclusion so I don't see why you are lieing there. However, for this instance, advertising is a strict rule and you were banned without confrontation as you were blatantly advertising. Which I can agree I could have confronted you but chose otherwise regarding this situation in particular. I acted professional and accordingly and did what I believe was the best decision at the time to prevent anymore advertising.

Also, you should not be having a conversion in OOC regarding other communities as that is also advertising. This was done in front of 100 other players on the server.

You must realize that your friend very obviously advertised another server. Johnny's first ban was a little overboard but it was changed to only a day shortly after. Staff reports aren't meant to attack staff they are meant to point out mistakes and help them improve if anything.
