What happened:bought the green and blue phys gun gems thinking it would be rainbow y like if I had the red gem too but with less colors but turns out it doesn't and when they are both equipped theres just the default color
What do you need refunded: $300,000

Reason: Your refund request does not fall under the guidelines met in the refund request guidelines. Unfortunately we are not able to refund for issues of you not liking the color of something after it was bought as that is not a non client side issue. Additionally you can not claim a refund for something you haven't actually lost as you still have the gem and it functions as it was designed to.

Note: Regarding the actual gems function, they each set your physgun to a set color, or a mix of two colors when you equip two at once. The way to get the rainbow one is to simply have all three equipped at once which will mix all three making it the rainbow colors. In your occasions as you already own 2 of 3 gems, if you want the rainbow all you have to do is purchase and equip the 3rd.
