After renting the East Face Lumber house, I drove there and checked the place out. I began to check all of the rooms, to see how many plugs there were in the house. Once I had gone trough all of the rooms, I had settled on the top floor.

When I realized I was missing some of my copper chunks. So I decided to disconnected and join back in the server. (Which isn't stated as rule breaking in the Server Rules). Since I didn't hear or see anybody I thought this was the best time to rejoin.
What I didn't know was that someone else was trying to raid us, when I left. How was I supposed to know someone was raiding me when they don't make any sound.

When I joined back in the server I was brought into a sit with the two people who raided me and Stewart.
The people who raided me told me that "They had seen me and told me to put my hands up", which IS NOT TRUE.

After arguing for a few minutes, Stewart let the raiders kill me and take my stuff. Stewart also accused me of lying to him (Which I didn't and he had no evidence to back it up with.)

Hi - logs showed the following actions take place. You unequipped your firearm, then manually disconnected from the server. The two individuals affected both confirmed independently that you were the person by clothing, and so you clearly were seen by them.

It seems suspicious that you unequipped your gun and disconnected directly at the point of raid, alongside the fact that you couldn't give an explanation apart from "I couldn't be arsed to... (trails off)." The two individuals corroborated their stories independently while you squirmed in and out of stories with no hard details.

East face lumber remains a two minute drive from the nearest premium locker and an equally short drive to the bank; there is no sensible way in which picking up all your items, unequipping them, and then disconnecting, meaning you would have to drive all the way up to layer two after re-renting your property, is the appropriate and least time consuming way in which you could have solved that problem. It seems far, far more likely that you were being raided and disconnected to escape the raiders.

Either way you self admitted to disconnecting to circumvene a gameplay mechanic, which negatively affected the experience of two other players. Had you chosen to drive down, you would have engaged them upfront and not have affected their rp experience. This is assuming you did not choose to leave to avoid a raid, which the spoken and log evidence inclines me to believe. This could have been a far longer ban but I chose to limit it to one day.

This appeal will be denied due to the fact that it nearly entirely furthers the argument that you left to avoid a raid, and I will only just refrain from extending this ban to a longer one.
