Ban Reason: "Ltap probation might be extended to a year." Why am I even on that? I was perma banned for a slight meta game and that was my first offence at the time.. And that gives me probation? annnndd whatttt?! banned for 4 weeks?! for Ltaping? I just purchased my vip too:/.. Its crazy to me. I also came back after my game crashed and made a report ticket and told him my game crashed, nobody took it for 30 min.

IMO 4 weeks is a bit harsh, don't know the ins and outs but from what he's said it's your second or third offence. You do directly admit to breaking the rules though so I think 1/2 weeks would be sufficient and a probation again when unbanned, you will be banned for more than a month.

That's wacckkkkk:/ as soon as my game crashed I came back asap and I wasn't banned right away I don't know why but thankfully I wasn't so I made a report saying my game crashed. I don't understand why I would even be banned for more than a day.

I've put a lot of time, effort and money into this server. I understand the rules. It stinks that I'm on probation for so long for a slight mistake.. warning points was not a thing back when I was banned for that. I still don't even know why I was permed for "meta" @Spartan ◢ ◤

Basically, him and his friends were found to be metagaming by using Teamspeak to talk and conduct raids. I banned them and found this out when I was following them in no clip and they later helped each other by calling for help when the police were arresting them. I got on their TeamSpeak because someone else had given it to me and i was repeatedly told that they were not on TS when I heard them echo through the TeamSpeak server that I was unknowingly on. They came back about a mouth or two later to appeal it, they were very apologetic and really wanted to play so I let them stay on a 2 month probabtion that was supposed to end next week.

@WhiteBlood I listed the rule break on his ban before the probation break. I think it was LTAP, and I was freezing him to go a sit about an NLR or RDM, I forget which, then he logged off.

I want to re-open this. Just going over a few appeals and it doesn't seem like his "re-offence" was intentional. I understand that there's a 0-tolerance attitude towards someone on "probation", but I think this one was quite doubtful as the reason for pushing him up to a 4 weeks ban. I don't see how 1 year or permanent was ever on the table for this either. @WhiteBlood

@ChosenDemon provided me with some further information that hadn't been given in this appeal. Ontop of the Ltap re-offence, he has also disrespected staff in sits considerably and showed a poor attitude. With that addition, this appeal will be closed again.
