Reason for Request: They had raided PD with no initiation and shot all cops on sight even ones unarmed at the time. RDM or Mass RDM I suppose.
Time of Occurrence: Around 5 AM - 6 AM CST
Evidence to support your claim:

Additional members involved/witnessing: Tyrome Mclovin was there and shot unarmed as well. Many cops that were there got off by the time a staff member claimed my ticket so I wasnt able to get their names. Scott Orcenaux the person I had in restraints.

If the player report is accepted I do not want them banned, but there seriously needs to be a talk as all reported members are staff.

The plan was simple. Get in, grab Scott, who had been arrested right after a bank raid, and get out. We failed big time. Tyrome started driving towards us and we open fire, mainly out of panic and confusion. Tyrome got out of his car, we assumed he was going to pull out his gun like any reasonable person was going to do, and shoot at us. I guess we assumed wrong. We killed Tyrome, 2-3 other officers, and Scott in the chaos that ensued. At the time, we were wanted criminals. Criminals that had killed more than enough cops to get the death penalty. The only good plan to get Scott back and not get captured, was to go in guns blazing. I believe that we had ample reason to do so and that no rules were broken, however I am more than willing to take any consequences that head my way.
All-In-all, it was just a shitty situation from all of us.

I wanted to add that Scott Orcenaux was with the group in a bank robbery earlier. He was detained for entering a cops vehicle several times, alone. None of the members were present when he was detained. Their reason for raiding PD was to break Scott out, altough he was in a holding cell only and was being let out, and you can hear Scott say Discord is too loud, so metagaming aswell.

Edit: Forgot to add Scott was detained infront of town hall, away from the group. So it can also be assumed Scott died in their fight with cops later.

We had robbed the bank 5 minutes before this situation happened, hence why ''Scott'' is being arrested right there, we came to rescue our org member cause he was being arrested for ''killing cops'' from my perspective, we couldn't have done it in any other way, since there were about 6 cops at the place, there was no way of getting a hostage without dying in the process.



We couldn't have initiated since we were already wanted by cops for robbing the bank and killing several cops in the robbery.





The situation was messy overall, it was all a shit show.



I also want to include that I saw ''Scott'' being brought in a police cruiser to the PD, so there was no form of metagaming.

Out of all the officers that we're on duty, I believe this was coordinated correctly, We could have gone in and killed -ALL- officers on duty, which would then be RDM. We attempted to kill the officers handling the male in cuffs and the officers who started shooting. I believe this is invalid but I'll leave it up to the higher staff.

Going off what they said, I believe we were not in the wrong in this situation, because when we rolled up to the PD, we looked around the corner saw how many police officers there were, ran back out equipped rifles, and then went in, and by that time their was one officer attempting to leave in a squad car and another officer with a weapon in his hand, We could not have initiated as we were already wanted criminals and were only their to break Scott out, If anything we only killed the man in the car "Tyrome McLovin", and then the other officer with his gun out, and then two others, Scott was also a casualty in this scenario, So after Scott died, We abandoned the whole thing because Scott was dead and their was nothing we could do, so as we attempted to leave we got into another fight with one of the police officers and killed him as well and that pretty much sums up the entire situation.

Exactly as you said, I didn't have to therefore you sat and accused me OOCly of lying, therefore putting you in the wrong. This is what happened.
Bank gets robbed
I go to get away and attempt to steal police car
They come to break me out
I was used as a meatshield by a cop.
