Ban Reason:
Rdm As Cadet/ Making them Deceased as cadet after being ran over.
Time of Occurrence: 1:55 AM CST
Relevant Evidence: Nothing really. Don't even care if anything comes of this. Just wanted to comment by saying it's a rather unjust ban. The staff member in question didn't even wait to ask me what happened. He listened to a few words by me and then just listened to some John Doe kid yelling about keys. When another officer came forward to try and explain what happened, the staff member banned me anyway.

That is not how things should be handled. Taking time with situations like this and getting both sides of the situation is what should be done. I find it uncouth to take only one side and assume somebody is guilty without even listening, It didn't help that he was't dealing with John Doe's insentient screeching about keys and whether or not they deal damage either. I will admit I did yell at the kid about that, which wasn't a wise choice, but they should not have affected Bobby's ability to listen to somebody and figure out exactly what happened before administering punishment.

Since @Bobby Hive is one of our trial moderators, it would be interesting if you explained exactly what happened in your situation - what you did do, and where you disagree with the ban. Did you in fact do what you were accused of?

Basically, I watched him police baton a dead body on the road, making it deceased. I stopped him and asked why he did it, Then I heard from people he was arresting people for having they're Keys out. I found that very mingy and not rp at all due to him trying to arrest that player for that reason. So i figured he'll Learn his lesson when i ban him, Considering it was Rdm, and Rda.
Update: The body on the road was hit by a car and the cadet just hit him making him deceased

The citizen in question was actually threatening and stabbing other citizens with his keys. His buddy was doing so as well and managed to do a little damage to me. Now, whether that's a real thing or some kind of inopportune richochet of some sort, I'm not sure.

And I honestly batoned the body because I thought the guy was already dead. I'm new, so I have no idea what's going on during that 3 minute wait when you die or if you completely die or anything like that. I only got killed once and I waited out my critical condition, eventually dying.

And in all honesty, I didn't know the baton could make people deceased, I was that job for maybe 5 minutes before I got banned.

In my opinion, this whole situation maybe would have been avoided if I had a better understanding of things. So that's my fault for being ill-informed.
