I sincerely apologise for the wait, I've had to chase up a few things regarding this report. However, I feel confident in the following conclusion:

Long Dong John (STEAM_0:0:122393094) may have only killed you had you been a direct threat to his life as outlined in rule 2.2.13 and 2.2.11. He killed you for an invalid reason and therefore violated these two rules.

As a consequence of these actions and his previous history, Long Dong John (STEAM_0:0:122393094) will be receiving a 5 day weapon blacklist following this incident. Any subsequent incidents like this may result in more severe punishment.
