Request Reason: This guy just blatantly doesn't care about what happens to him. Not only did he randomly taze me and laugh about it, he also put me in cuffs, searched me, and then ticketed me for "Allegedly Blowing up a car" when in the video you obviously see I just walked past it and didn't even touch it.

@Console Logs indicate that you were NOT tazed by the person you are reporting. The video also doesn't "clearly" show/make it known who exactly was laughing (which isn't really in a sense a rulebreak just IC unprofessional).

The cuffing/searching/ticket (which was only 100 monodolars) were the only things that shouldn't have happend in this instance as you just walked past it. However all of this could have been handled ICly through multiple ways such as talking to the chief/ass. Chief and/or appealing your ticket.

To be 100% it wasn't really the money or him laughing I was reporting(it was more or so to point out the malicious intent). I was genuinely thinking he did it just to abuse his job as well as whoever tased me. I will admit it ain't too clear but the reason I made this was that this will continue as it has before if he isn't talked to by staff. I've dealt with this guy before giving false tickets as chief. BUT with that being said I don't know the rules behind these reports so if there isn't anything you can do then please just close this thread.
