ok wana start off by saying this wasnt meant to be a report.it ended up becoming one because an admin told me to do it.it was ment to prevent issues that i felt would occur.(was originally in discussions)

hi im guzz kay. and i was banned im not that upset.however i do worry about any future bans.

lets get started,the ban:i got banned because i was "minging".i hope i spelled that right. what happend was i drove a bit reckless. first i got arrested. there were 2 cops 1 arrested me and the other said that he could not arrest me and could only ticket me. he rec amended me to call an admin. so when i tried to call an admin. i was constantly forced in to the car. eventually i was able to call an admin.now they see me being dragged around. imitatively im presumed guilty and i would not blame them however were i feel it gets tricky is when the cop claims i went up the ramp with my vehicle(were the grocery store is)and they believe him. i say it isnt true.and then im accused of calling an admin to get unarrested which there is no evidence of.i told them that is what the other cop said to do,and to call him over as proof. this request was denied.they made a final judgement based on my previous record. 2 things that stood out was me: mugging in public which i did not know this was agents the rules but once i was aware i never did it again(i read the rules by the second warning.). next was shooting inside while i was a guard.i was practicing my aim. i was givin a verbal warning(he stated that every one was aggenst me for minging when it was only one person,the other guy just stated what i was doing,i didn't depute what the admin said because it was a verbal warning).so before i was banned i was talked to with this tone by one of the admins(2 came)it felt like he was talking down on me saying things like i was minging and was unfit for the server.the other admin i felt handled it well didn't talk down to me and simply told me i was wrong.

so here is the main point if im labled as a "minger" it will be easy for admins/staff to dismiss any arguments to defend my self or accuse some one.im not a minger i do RP, not 24/7 because quite honestly you forget ur supposed to do that. every one does it.ive helped several players start off gave them any info they need to start off.i intend to rp when i get on im not perfect i forget some rules some times and i generally get along with the players.maby not the cops i taxed them high when i was mayor.but for the most part the 4 days ive played i think ive done more good than harm.

just restating the point simply labeling me as a minger isn't accurate and it realy makes things harder.

Guzz, I can appreciate that you want to be on the server. Here are some things to consider from a staff's perspective when making the final decision on whether you have been here to RP or not:

• You have not played Monolith for long. Several warning points (5) in this period of time signifies either a severe lack of respect for the rules, or an outright refusal to read and comprehend them.
• You were just warned not even an hour before this about shooting randomly in the Mayor's office. This caused a massive shootout that would have been avoided if you had just RPed properly.
• You have been arrested twice as a medic. The second time you found it appropriate to fail drive all over the map as a paramedic, then flee from police vehicles. You then proceeded to hop out of the car several times after being placed inside it during your arrest.

You have a clear history of job abuse, FailRP, and rule breaking in an extremely short period of time. You cannot expect tolerance and acceptance when you continuously abuse our rules and our players so often.

You are correct i have broken these rules,however anything ive been warned aboult,as stated i didnt do twice. also there are many rules i dont remember them all.in the instance of shooting inside. its something i would normally assume is ok,because other darkrp servers arnt as strict about it.i understand that this isnt most servers my point being old habits die hard .most servers arnt this strict so players might take a bit of time geting use to the way things work.

if you mean by fail drive you mean recklessly. i will agree that again this is one of those habits however it wasnt completely that it was a bit laggy. also me being arrested twice, for the first arrest im almost certain it shouldn't have happend. i drove fast thats true however i had to bring a guy back.and when i did so cops put the tire trap under my car.(i assume for speeding) i didnt call admin at the time because i planned on going to bed anyway.so i let the arrest timer finish just incase i got a ban for leaving while i had it.then i decided to restock on food.aboult getting out of the car. as ive stated i was told to call an admin by the other officer. so i did. what i thought was,that the officer failed RP from the begging.
so me exiting the car wasnt seen as a problem.had i know that i was fail rping i dought i would have called an admin.

but this isnt even what it was aboult, it was simply about an admin looking at my past record as evidence for a present case.because he admits the reason he arrested me was for driving up the ramp. which as i said i didn't. my assumption is you believed him because i had a record. which i feel isnt the way to prove anything,using logs,video,screenshots. is what would be evidence

Our job is to examine the records and make a judgment. Even if you weren't driving recklessly, you still repeatedly exited police vehicle, which I saw myself. Exiting a police vehicle once arrested is FailRP. It's considered resisting arrest, and doing so as a paramedic is FailRP in itself.

@WhiteBlood I have nothing further to say here. The player was acting like a complete troll with no intention to follow the rules or play properly. I stand by my actions firmly and would repeat them again in the future.
