Time of Occurrence: Not sure. less than a week ago
Relevant Evidence: I have no video recording or pictures but its very straight forward
Additional members involved/witnessing: the victim who reported me I don't remember his name.

What happened was I raided someone in a warehouse and attempted to perform a robbery and killed him
Apparently i did not perform the raid properly and was permanently banned for it. I feel like this is too harsh of a punishment because there was only the two of us involved and the other player did not lose any items. I've spent countless hours on this server and I would like to be unbanned so I can continue playing please and thank you

I didn't get the notification until officernoodles tagged me. I'll check the logs to get a better understanding of why you got banned exactly, I doubt it was something as small as that.

You were banned because you rdm'd someone while I warned you for the exact same thing not even 20 minutes earlier. Next to that, you tried to run away multiple times during our administrative sit, you wouldn't listen to me at all even though I was being very patient with you. I insisted multiple times that you should read our server rules, you refused to do so with the excuse "But everyone does it".

To top it off you yelled;

You didnt seem to care about our server rules nor did you show any respect towards other players. Why should we bother letting you back on the server?

I don't remember rdming someone before raiding but I was confused as to why my raid was breaking the rules when I was raided earlier the same way and lost tons of money. I don't remember running away either i was standing there typing to you to try and figure out why my raid wasn't properly executed but I couldn't hear you because of my fan and in frustration insulted the server and disconnected because I had to make my way to work. I'm sorry I wasn't very patient and couldn't stay to straighten things out but after my week long ban I've put a lot of thought into this server and I really want to play and not break any rules.

I'll reduce your time to a day from now since I think you're sincere with me. You are responsible for your own actions.
Take that day to read the rules about mugging again.
