I got banned for Failrp and VDM, when two men took out guns at the mono-market when I was in my car, already pulling backward they yelled to me to stop the vehicle, I was about already at a good enough speed, so I did not stop.
They got in their car started chasing me, then I did a lap and I noticed that they ran out of fuel, they were on the road, and I was driving forward, so I ran over one of them and they called an admin, he took me into air, started saying something about oh you need to stop when there's a gun on you, then I told him I was already driving backwards and then he opened his admin menu, refused to listen to me that I have evidence of me already driving backwards at a good enough speed, he just banned me. I believe I was at a far enough distance for not to stop.
You can only see his hand!, he wasn't close to me and I was already backing up with my car, I felt safe enough to not stop and surrender, I was already moving!
Also isn't there a rule about mugging in a public area?
But again, I feel that the VDM is not justified, I would be more than happy if this ban would be atleast reduced, cause this is one of my favorite servers.
I do understand that I am guilty about the VDM, I thought to myself that it's going to only be self defense.
This server is one of the reasons I boot up Garry's mod, I have put in a lot of hours already into this server.
It would be nice if my ban could be reduced at least?I'd be very grateful for that.
I think the admin shouldn't have ignored me when I was telling him I have evidence, but I do understand it's stressing enough and it's better if I appeal here with the evidence (I guess).
