I was just about to take a shower when my brother asked if he could play so I said yes because if I didn't my mom would tell me to just let him play anyways. I got out of the shower and my brother got off and I tried to join the server but it said I was banned. I didn't even do anything so I think I should be unbanned. Next time my brother plays I will make sure gmod is blocked so he cant play.

As a general rule: Your account, your responsibility.
You can't begin to imagine the number of times I've heard the classic "it was my brother" excuse, and it is rarely true.

Yea as harry said you cant really use the "my brother did it" excuse. And as soon as you, or your brother, rdmed the guy and i tried to get to you, the disconnect happened. You were a cop, and used your leathal on an unarmed civ, and it was definetly intentional so I am going to say your appeal is Denied.
