Now onto the content: The rule broken was 2.4.6 (FearRP only applies for vehicles if the driver is placed at gunpoint by the driver-side window. Any other instance does not constitute FearRP for the driver, and the driver and the vehicles passengers may flee.) If I'm not mistaken the initiation was still valid yet was not put under fear rp. As seen in the video Mr. Finnly was chasing my friend and told him to stop the car at blue warehouse. He fled to penthouse where we resided at the time and I was not in his organization. So I told him "bring him behind penthouse". Once he arrived I hopped out of my car and from what I thought was a reasonable distance for the /y function to reach Mr. Finley. I said "/y hands up or die". I proceeded to shoot Mr. Finnly due to the fact that he was clearly not complying with my demands. It ended up in a shootout and then was ended in a sit. According to Mr. JD, he quoted rule 2.4.6 saying that the initiation was not valid. So I gave my side and in his opinion was a rule break. After reviewing my evidence he said it was going to be a 5-day weapon blacklist or a 2-day ban. After some decision, he decided to blacklist me for 5 days which was a bit outrage in my opinion. So I figured I just took a 3-day ban despite the original decision and appeal it. The reason I appealed this is due to the fact that my track record is relatively clean with zero warning points and 1 ban for an hour for +right. He did state that I have notes for rdm yet no point so meaning the situation was clearly not the serious if it didn't warrant any points. I see barring the situation and Mr. Finnly not looking for punishment at all a simple warning point would suffice based on my record if anything at all. Barring the situation, it was not intentional rdm and I think a warning point would suffice and a lesson learned. x -Kevin Brooks
NOTE: Mr. Finnly initiated on someone who based with me and was on my freq with did mean I had previous initiation.
[4:41 PM] Cookie:
I asked "Which rule states that you can not kill someone if they hurt a friend that is not in your org?"
and gregg responded with "They should be in your party, or frequency, or org"
So technically my blacklist is false
(Whether this holds up or not its food for thought x)
