Request Reason: FailRP and Violation of Rule 9 of [2.2] Player versus Player (You may not harm a Law Enforcement Officer for writing you, your friends or crew members a ticket. In addition, you may not harm a Law Enforcement Officer for previously arresting you and/or confiscating items from your inventory.) They had me at gun point and kidnapped me at Oceanview Apartment after writing a "Wrong way parking" ticket. Harm is defined as physical injury, especially that which is deliberately inflicted.

I will say this will be a bit of an odd one, working off screenshots and logs alone, but I'll see what I can do.

I'm gonna be honest, this is a bit of a weird one to handle (its very tricky to work with screenshots in this context, but you have enough of them that I feel comfortable accepting them as evidence, if only barely). It does in fact appear that the players in question are kidnapping you in retaliation for a ticket, which would to me, qualify as "harm". As such I feel there is sufficient evidence to say that both players are guilty of having broken the rule. Both players shall receive 1 Warning Point for Ticket Retaliation.

Furthermore, the situation will be voided. You are free to request any lost items in the refund request section of the forums using the format found here.
However, I don't see anything lost, but if this is incorrect please feel free to contact me.
