Killed by unauthorized SWAT as a detective

What Happened: So I was rolling down the road as I saw an ambulance that had been reported code red and stolen, so I hopped out of my car and before I even got my gun out, a SWAT Officer (who was told multiple times that SWAT was not authorized and were to return to PD and stay there) hit me with his car. I then thought he probably wouldn't know that I was a detective because I had an MP5 on my back, so I told him I was. As I was shooting started shooting the ambulance which was stuck on another car, the SWAT guy killed me. I don't know if it was on purpose or not because I've had other interactions with the SWAT guy which ended up with him doing something wrong and getting demoted. Then I reported it and was told to make a refund request, so here I am now.

I can confirm that the S.W.A.T. officer made a false claim and said he couldn't be a detective and RDMed him, resulting in him needed the following items refunded.
