Evidence to support your claim: Image1 Image2 He also kept moving random people and he moved my ambulance because it wasn't in a parking spot even though I was medic on standby at the bank robbery

I was joking around with the tool gun because earlier I had heard of someone being taken hostage with one, had no idea that clicking with it on a person would actually turn someone a different color. My mistake, wont be done again. To address the moving your car situation now. I asked you to move your car because you were blocking traffic at a rather busy time and were causing accidents, and it would not be difficult to move over to the parking lot next to the bank. Again, I did not know that actually clicking on someone with the tool gun would cause anything to happen, my fault.

It was a simple, harmless mistake for the colours. It is not 'abuse' as you require premium to use the toolgun. The 'moving car' incident should've been dealt with by police. No action will be taken
