As you can see in the video at 0:50 the Asian guy didn't have his hands up, also we do not see who else didn't have their hands up, we see some of them but theres no evidence of the people in the back having their hands up. Another thing I would like to say is that being prone while having your hands up is not that obvious, It is very hard to see them because of the glitch where the elbows go up and you can hardly see them. With all of them huddled up together we couldn't see their hands. Thank you.

I see where you are coming from, however, in a situation where the victim is stating that their hands are up, you must believe them. This is to protect those who cannot put their hands up due to f2 being unbound or otherwise being unable to perform the act of surrenduring. You ignored this, and shot and killed the entire group. Denied.
