I can confirm what was lost as being:

Anything else lost wasn't confiscatable and is ineligible for refund.

The situation in question: A misunderstanding from the way it seemed between two cars, one of which being chased. This resulted in both an unnecessary shootout after the cops falsely code redded the vehicle despite no such action being warranted in the given situation. After conclusion, it was agreed to void the situation as too many external factors affected the shootout giving an unfair disadvantage to the three who weren't even meant to get involved.
