Admin being reported( Tag by writing @ before their forum name) @Kn1ght

Reason for Report: So today 10/27/19 I encountered a situation where an officer decided to pull me over and clamp my vehicle because I had an "Expired Licence" now after he had left I obviously got my vehicle back and started driving my car again but decided to drive equipped since I already had condoned illegal activities by driving my car again after told not to until my license gets renewed I was driving and for some reason my gun was peaking out of the windshield and in most cases cops can see that and instantly kill civilians because of it (It's happened before) but not only that I had damaged a civilian attempting to cross the road now in most cases I would pull over and receive just receive a ticket, but I knew this wasn't going to be no ticket it's common sense so I killed the officer that attempted to pull me over keep in mind it's the same officer that pulled me over from before.
So he decided to cry about it in a sit in which @Kn1ght handled telling me something in the lines of "that's blatantly not allowed in the rules".

Everything was dealt in Role-play and shouldn't really have been taken any farther than that.

Time of Occurrence: Around 10am - 12pm.

Alex,

To start off with, I didn't punish you for this. Moving on, I told you that you may not simply put an illegal firearm on your back and use it as an excuse to kill an officer who pulled you over. As the rule states, "these reasons depend on the context" and go on to mention "if police are attempting to initiate an arrest on you". The officer was simply trying to stop your vehicle, and you hopped out and killed him for this.

You gave me a warning, and I didn't just use having the firearm as an excuse but it didn't really seem like you were understanding what I was saying he even explained in the video provided that he had attempted to pull me over AGAIN because of an expired licence and that he saw the clamp was removed off my vehicle like I said there was history that I've already condone illegal activities as it is.

Hello, thank you for making your report.

After review of the video, I do not see where Kn1ght acted out of line in his actions, especially since you were not punished.

It looks kind of wrong to me in the video that you were getting pulled over for a mere traffic offense, and you hopped out to kill the cop, when in the context of the video he was stopping you. It was not an arrest and he did not have a gun drawn threatening your life.

In another sense, you could have taken the cop hostage if you had the tools, told him to put his hands up and take his communications and flee from the cop. Killing, in our definitions, should be the ultimate last resort. While yes, you can kill a cop for having a gun which is illegal, it depends on the context of the situation. If you are mid gun-fight or fleeing from one and a cop sees this, you can kill the cop who witnessed. But if you are getting stopped for a traffic offense, which could lead to a ticket(using as an example) this is not the same context where you can just immediately open fire on the cop simply doing his job. It is ultimately unfair.

Also, with review of the video regarding Kn1ght's sit, I do not disagree with the way he handled the situation much less I would have looked at it the same way he did, it seems like this is moreso a disagreement with the fact he warned you which he was well within his right at that moment as the context of this situation, again, did not merit the death of the officer.

Concluded.
