Unban Reason:So i got banned for leaving becasue i didnt wanted to get killed by the pd in firing lane that most of the staff when use it its ok but when normal players use it is banable so i believe this ban is false cause we had corruption in the middle cause you cant leave the entire police force get me killed with a firing lane for just threating the sherrif and the mayor

I was the mayor at the time. He had threatened to kill me many times. He released my "location" (i was somewhere else) and said he was going to kill me many times. He was warranted and it was well established that he committed treason. I had a law which was justified that we can hold executions - with reason, i didnt want rdm or inexucasble deaths. Since he was charged for treason, which is punishable by death in real life, we held a firing squad in the prison. We had a sit about it and it was deemed justifiable. Just as we were about to kill him he left to avoid punishment and ultimately breaking rp.

So you were banned for LTARP on top of NITRP and FailRP. You also were minorly copbaiting, but that's irrelevant. I'll describe each:

LTARP - Literally asked me if you could leave and I said "Not without a ban". You proceeded to anyway just as they shot.

NITRP - If you leave to avoid Roleplay, you don't have intention to Roleplay.

FailRP - Used /org while in cuffs.

Copbaiting - "Prank called" the entire police force to cinema for your own enjoyment. Not as an escape.

As far as the firing squad goes, I initiated a sit about it. I found out you hadn't killed anyone but was being treasonous to the mayor, validating the execution. It, therefore, was continued and you DC'd soon after.

I don't see why I should lift this ban. Please convince me otherwise otherwise this will be denied.

I was in roleplay. I was not involved in the initial situation. I simply revived you, cuffed you and detained you by taking you to the Police Department.

As for what Thy said, the mayor is allowed to instate the death penalty under realistic circunstances, including treason. I did not see wether you commited treason or if you killed anyone as I was not part of the first situation, hence why I did not intervene while in roleplay.

Furthermore, you decided to intentionally disconnect to avoid roleplay which is not allowed.

@Shimax is going to deal with this appeal since it is his ban.

Now this may be irrelevant but I feel like it's important to mention this. You claim to be a cop, based on your accent you're american. Your steam hours within the last 2 weeks adds up to you not being a cop. Please stop lying about protecting the law and people in real life.

Logs showed that you did /org exposing your location. I'm unsure if this went through so I can drop this. Won't be a significant decrease in time though.

As @Thy mentioned above, it is allowed in a secluded place. PMX was stood right behind the firing line and I was watching the situation. If it was against the rules, why didn't either him or I intervene?

No, I get it more often than you might think. Things like "I lagged and accidentally VDM'd someone." I get quite often.

Again, it's not against the rules to give someone the death penalty. As long as they don't do it publicly, it's fine.

My mind isn't changed yet. The most that I'll do at this point is drop the FailRP rulebreak.

I'll post my final verdict 24 after the ban was issued. That's 9:20PM GMT today. You have until then to convince me to accept this.

@Shimax i don't know what else should I mention to make you accept this but every time I do something and you are on or any admins are on it am trying to report everything I do when it's like breaking server rules or I feel like need to be reported I am not hiding i don't be scared to get punished or anything and you say you and the staff like the honest people but I didn't do it for any bad reasons I just did all of this cause I believe that the mayor or the sheriff didn't had any reason to treat me like that to create a scenario like that cause I would go along with it if it was like max sentence but they decided for me to go like a firing squad I believe that no one should be like that but I am the only one here thinking like that

This isn't a "get out of punishment" card for you. You were banned for breaking rules and that's that.

I get this a lot. If you feel mistreated, make a report. Don't break a rule yourself. I watched the situation since the interrogation room. The sheriff was simply doing his job. PMX and I oversaw it.

No rules were broken. I'm failing to under stand your point. Thy already previously posted the rule in which you believed to be broken. Treason is worthy of the death penalty. They carried it out privately and both me and PMX watched.

If you have evidence, such as a video, screenshots, etc, I'd like to see it. I have clear cut evidence of you Leaving to Avoid Roleplay. Have you got clear cut evidence of them breaking rules?
