Relevant Evidence: So, this isn't evidence, but let me speak on regarding how I got into this sit. The server has ~120 people on it, and it is just complete chaos. People constantly running others over, police randomly deploying spike strips throughout the roads, people slamming into eachother, abandoned vehicles on the highway, utter fps and ping lag due to the fires and decals. Alongside this, our lovey staff member Luvbunny, decided he was going to tp me while I was in an active chase with the police. Please note he did not tell me would void this sit, he only pm'd me to slow down then immedielty tp'd me 5 seconds later, thus not even giving me enough time to read his message (as I am more focused on the hard attempt at driving with my 300 ping and 20 fps.) I do admit to the disrespect, I was a little bit heated and I'd like to thoroughly apologize to @Luvbunny but I'm sure anyone else would be 'tilted' if they lost ~50k worth of stuff in 30 minutes due to people driving without their eyes. Thank, you.

Like to point out regarding the stuff I lost, I am aware I can make refund requests and make reports etc. but like I said, it's extremely hard to get ids when the staff team is all busy with reports, so I can't get a SteamID.

Hey there, a little bit heated would be an understatement.

At first you kept telling me how I had to handle stuff ("I appriciate you looking at people before you teleport them", "As you are a new moderator i tell you that you need to look at people before teleporting them (Altough i did just that. I even notified you in PMs to slow and park your vehicle as you were about to be teleported)), kept telling me that im the most punishment hungry member of staff several times, but "it'd wear off eventually.", you stated because "you were a prior member of the staff".

You then proceeded to tell me that your OOC-blacklist from before would be getting removed and that i'd receive a staff warning point for this. "If i wouldnt like another one, i should (better listen to you)".

Apart from that you kept telling me that "noone" liked me and in general showed really uncooperative and insulting behaviour towards me. Not adding that you also threatened to staff report me even before i made my conclusion.
Your behaviour apart from that was extremly toxic and insultive.

As for the VDM: Your explination for you running over another person was that you "were lagging". After confirming with another member of staff this reason has been deemed inacceptable.

First off, I'll admit I was extremely heated and toxic, like I said in the post you have to understand when all this chaotic stuff is happening, and I'm losing stuff that I worked hard and grinded many hours to get, it's extremely frustrating to me. I apologize if you were offended at all, or are upset about it. As for the OOC blacklist, I appealed it, because I simply do not agree with why you blacklisted me, there was absolutely no warning in chat prior to the blacklist, and there wasn't enough reason for it regardless. As for me saying "no-one" likes you, a vast majority of the server absolutely despises you, due to the fact you give a lot of questionable warns and bans. But I don't think that gives me the reason to say it, I do agree that I shouldn't have said what I said. Finally for the VDM case, my problem regarding it was, I told you several times someone rammed me into the person which caused me to run him over, and also with this everyone on the server had below 30 fps, and above 250 ping. Once again, I am sorry if this offended you what-so-ever, but understand that I was extremely upset in what happened prior to the sit. - I don't think my actions should be forgiven, but I ask my ban get reduced or removed please, I am aware of my mistake and it won't happen again.

VDM was concluded as your official reasoning behind killing a player with your vehicle was lagging, and you denied to support any evidence multiple times that could lead to your discharge.

I announced OOC warnings several times prior to blacklisting you.

The 'vast majority' you're talking about here seems to be limited to 2 clans - I'll refrain myself from calling them out by their names. Only natural that if you're being in an environment like that you'll start to think that this is common canon.

I don't see why you being biased towards me seems to be a reason to disrespect me the way you did.

Well for your announcement about the OOC warnings, sorry I did not see that. And for the 'proof' I wasn't recording, so I'll take the points regarding it. Once again I'm sorry for the toxicity.

You will serve your punishment. I understand being heated, but blatant disrespect is not tolerated. Learn to calm down when talking to a staff member, they are there to help the server. You even made the reporter uncomfortable with what you were saying.

During this time, I'd advise you to be more respectful, and chill with people. In all it will lead to severe punishments, and a bad note on your record, that may never be forgiven. Luvbunny was kind enough to forgive you, but everything has consequences.
