You're not specifying what you have lost, nor a in-depth reason on why you should be refunded. It makes a staff member being a witness useless to the refund request too.

And the in-depth explanation and reason of why you should be refunded? Maybe @Drake can clarify this.

I can clarify that this refund should be accepted. We have a video of Bryson/Finlay/Sirnerd coming up to him as mayor and shooting him in the tavern with no RP/Initiation. They did have plans to kill him but the video does not reveal any reason behind it. I would have liked to seen more RP on Bryson/Sirnerds side of this.(The video is 2 hours long so it would be a real pain to upload it but I did see it.) Finlay did try to initiate but Bryson and Sir nerd decided to just go ahead and shoot him. He did loose the items he stated in the request and should be returned these.
