Hey my names Laquesha Brown most people know the name. I'm here to say that I will be quitting monolith for numerous amounts of reason which will be listed and explained.

The servers outdated. The monthly updates that come to monolith are nothing but redone features or they added a new car but nothing new to do its been the same content for 7 months that's sadly not even a exaggeration.

Staff is just horrible!!! (This isnt a biased remark about staff I'm only going to list thing I hear from the community and not only things I think about staff) Staff abuses there asses off by noclipping into peoples bases and raiding 5mins later @sp00fy @Shawntae , noclipping into pickup trucks and staying with up to RP @Tyler , Spawning smokes in starting a shootout @DystopianRaven , then you have cops who get wanted and than go on duty to avoid ever being arrested @Foxtrawt , They hardly ever give out warnings and just ban you right away, and theres not even alot of staff members they keep quitting because YOU DONT HAVE ENOUGH (Server 2 is never coming back)

Dying community. The community is dying 7 months ago there was 2 servers with 100 slots and you couldn't join either of them because they where filled now there's no need for server 2 because we cant even get 100 players on the first server. You've also banned all your good players notice when you banned Cho Nima, Angel Verrli and Nicole the player count went down a shit ton because of the orgs they owned and well they where the only people keeping it interesting for everyone.

Once the server dev's start listening to the community and start adding NEW things I'll rejoin the community (when I say new I dont mean new crew system or new UI)

Also can you guys stop fucking charging me for premium I cancelled my subscription when I bought it and its still charging my ass.

You don't understand the development process. We implemented a lot of features in a short amount of time, in which the features were designed in a way that harmed the server's performance. We couldn't add or alter the systems without causing a plethora of problems.

The server is not outdated. Go play another server and keep an eye on their features. Oh, yeah, they're all copying, using features from the GmodStore, almost 1 to 1.

Staff will always be a problem in your eyes apparently, you've been banned so many times for correct reasons - I even banned you myself because you can't control your own actions. You're a liability on the server when you can't control yourself and for that I have no input. Abuse is never tolerated and we warn and demote for it.

The community is not dying. Sure, we're not as popular as the initial release, that's a given - it's like a game, it comes out, everyone's playing it! But then it goes down, that's going to happen. We try our best to encourage player retention, and we're continuing to do that even now. We listen to your feedback, we listen to the feedback of players, and we're trying to improve the experience for everyone - we do care.

The players we have banned have only been for correct reasons. Cho Nima, Angel Verelli, they were banned for harassment and doxing of actually myself. Threats against my person and anyone in the community will get you banned, end of story. Just because you're on the internet does not mean you can go and say whatever you like and threaten them. It carries weight, and punishments will be dealt with accordingly. In addition, Nicole was banned ~19 times in her reign. The 19th ban was instated as she was involved in chargeback fraud of Premium, and we can not allow people to stay here if they are going to commit fraud (an illegal action) to us. When her ban expired, she came on and mass RDMed. Then she was banned permanently. It's simple.

Also, you must've not cancelled your subscription correctly, evidently. Go to the website and check, or find your individual receipts given to you by Paddle and cancel from there.

Last but not least, my farewell to you. You've been here for a while, and it's a shame to see a member who has played here for such a long time walk away.

Unfortunate that you're deciding to leave, however all these points you're showing could've been worded more constructive and professional.

* If you feel like any staff is abusing, you make a staff report or talk to our CM's/SD's. Even if you feel like nothing would happen, it does get looked into (especially when there would be useful evidence).

* Knowing we have a very limited of developers active and working on the gamemode, I think you're not understanding the effort they've put into everything that has been done. To the players unfortunately it's just "playing on the server untill it gets old", but to our developers it's day and night work just to please you (Many of them are voluntary).

* Come up with suggestions. No human being is perfect and will know exactly what we need with our gamemode. Some suggestions take more work than others. That's how business works. Time is money, right?

* The community is not dying. We may have lower population on, but I don't think you knew how we started. When evocity was up, having maximum of 20 people online at peak, wich were stressful days for us. However, considering how we have reached so many players and yet still have a large group of people interested in our server is a blessing. I definetely do not describe having 60 to 80 people as dying.

* If you have any premium issues, you take it to @Gurrazor. It will eventually get solved.
