There I am in the Blue Civic and there is Larry saying he will be blacklisting me from driving and pushing me into the air.

As you can see in this video as well, the moderator in question decided to interrupt roleplay and publicly express his false-knowledge of the rules. In the Criminal Rules section of Kidnapping , Mugging & Robbing nowhere does it state you need a valid roleplay reason to kidnap a Police Officer for whatever reason.

Along with my point above, you can obviously see the group in question was farming in public. And if you took a look, you yourself Larry even made a server-wide announcement saying public farming was illegal. They had more than enough reason- even though they do not need one to hold up the cops who arrived to their illegal activities.

This was blatant staff intervention that did not need to happen, along with the fact he interrupted valid roleplay. Another thing to add he does not have valid knowledge of the rules.

Alright, so you took the police at gun point originally on the claim that they were going to arrest you, which you had no proof that is what they were there to do, only an assumption you made. Quickly after, your stories changed to you were choosing to mug the officers. By changing your stories, I could tell you had no reason to take them at gunpoint.

It is infact FailRP to take an officer at gunpoint for no reason, simply because that is not realistic. As it is FailRP, that is the reason I stepped in and attempted to break up this situation, simply because it had no reason to exist.

Regardless, with this being what it was, I did not act disrespectful towards anyone here, I was simply attempting to enforce the rules like I normally do with everyone. There was no reason to take the officers at gunpoint, I ended the situation.

They do not a reason to take cops at gunpoint, that's a ridiculous statement saying that 'in-real-life', or it's not 'realistic'. Cops get shot up everyday for no reason, so if you want realism i'll stroll around and kill cops for looking at me wrong.

It wasn't fail-rp, they don't need a reason to hold cops up whatsoever. You need to read the rules.

Okay. Since these three staff reports are all about the same situation, I will respond to all of them here.

Starting off, this looks like a bunch of shit rp. You all did not have a proper reason to take the cops hostage, and your story changed during the sit. That is really not good. @Larry Gibbons handled this situation ok; it was bad rp and it needed to end. The only thing he did wrong was the shootout within @Ice's report. Larry will be warned about avoiding sits like this in the future.
