Staff being reported @Larry Gibbons


Reason for report: I believe Larry Gibson is not fit for staff as he doesn't take sits that don't involve him and he is very power Hungary and very abusive verbally to players trying to RP. He also cannot RP or value his life.

In this it shows logs of him typing to me as i have him at gun point and various others. He say's stuff to me such as "Fuck you, Cunt." Which if you were held as gun point you wouldn't start talking shit to them, that's not valuing your life. Also there is a part where he needs water so i drop him milk, he says he is lactose (Which is within RP and stuff) but i asked him over the coarse of 2 min to drink it or ill shoot you. Still doesn't drink it so i shoot him in the foot and he STILL refuses to drink it which is not Fearing RP. After i shot him in the foot for not dropping his guns i asked him to drop around 5 times.

Next up is him not dropping his guns in his inventory. I have him at gunpoint asking him to drop his AK and 2 pistols but he says " No, the guns are for an active case." I understand him not wanting to drop them and try to convince me to keep them. But i still kept on going and demanding he drop the guns, still not complying. Later after a little bit i bring him into a restroom and ask him to drop it for the 5th time or so. He refused as usual and i shot him in the foot as he said "I know your not going to kill me..." wanting to die so he doesn't have to loose his AK. But them he FINALLY dropped the AK and 2 pistols after about 10 min of me demanding he give me the guns. Yet again not fearing for his life, breaking the rules.

Another thing is his RP. He doesn't fear-RP at all. Go around and ask people, most will say his RP is shit. Most of the time cussing at and letting his anger take control which is not very good as a mod trait. That's not very good to be constantly cussing and trash talking anyone and everyone he wants. Even at gunpoint which pisses me off the most. Like in real life if someone is holding a gun up to your head and demanding stuff, knowing he has killed many people by the dead body's around and his own fellow cop's dead he knows ill kill people if i want. He goes off and says stuff like "Fuck you, cunt." And completely roasting the hostage takers he knows will kill him with ease. I dont think he fears RP at all.


Another reason he isn't fit for mod status is he ,for the most part takes his own sits being completely bias and not letting people speak some sense and rules into what he did. He also lies a fair bit to players, My friend asked him if he brought me into a sit and he says no but he did.

Those are of him bringing me to a sit and denying it. This is just a bad trait but he doesn't speak to the people he takes into sits (typing included). As soon as he teleport's me then phys guns me tells me wait here, sets me on a building never said a single word after that and re spawn's me. Not even returning or phys gunning me down, just straight up re spawn me like im dead making me loose my AK and 100 armor i just bought. I asked him no response, and then as soon as whiteblood comes on he disconnects knowing ill report him to whiteblood.

This is just a little thing, I dont have video or screenshots but i went up to him robbed him at gunpoint and he straight ran around his car and no clipped to a sit and didn't come back. I was around 4 inches away from him with the gun.

I overall thing Larry Gibson is unfit for staff and should be re-evaluated. He cannot RP correctly, He doesn't value his life, And just in general needs to not take his anger out on anyone he see's

You have mixed up the chain of events.

When I entered the bathroom, you said something which I forgot then you left and closed the door, quickly opening it back up again after I yelled at you that I needed water. You failed to provide me water right away demanding I drop the AK and the 2 Makarovs which I had, at which point you shot my foot, and directly after I dropped the guns. You only asked twice and I did it. After that I asked for some water because I was very thirsty but you dropped milk instead to which I replied I am lactose. You then told me to drink it or you would kill me, and as I was typing, you shot me anyways.

You never let me finish typing confirming my reply to you, and you just shot me after I gave you all of my weapons for not drinking the milk... That in itself breaks the rules because I complied with your statements, but you never gave me a chance to respond to your demand. You saw fit to kill me because you took my guns and had no other use to keep me there which breaks the rules:
"When robbing/mugging someone, you can not kill them. You may kill them if they are resisting and/or threaten to kill/snitch on you." I did not resist your demands as I dropped the weapons, I was going to drink the milk, but you killed me while I was typing.

I always abide by FearRP as I am very strict on that myself. That is what makes or breaks criminal roleplay. The thing is, a character cannot be limited in their speech even in regards to things like this. If my character wants to be loud and vulgar, then that is what he is like, you cannot control an angry person and expect a decent result. I do not break FearRP and if you believe I do, provide evidence to prove your false accusations.

The thing is, I brought you in with another staff member, I do not handle my own situations. Regardless, when I brought you up to the roof, I froze you away from the sit so I could talk to a higher staff member about some clarifications of the rules and after determining I was going to discontinue the admin sit, I respawned you. Also, I do not have to answer any questions to your friend about situations that do not directly involve him.

I never disconnected before WhiteBlood joined, I actually spoke with him about you. I disconnected about 30 minutes after that, when I was aimlessly driving around and wanted to go do other things like surf YouTube. So do not lie and say I disconnected to avoid another staff member when I clearly spoke with him about you.

You don't have evidence because this never occurred. I have never flown away from a roleplay situation and I don't intend on it. Provide some evidence to back this false allegation up.

Thank you for sharing your opinion, for which you are truly entitled to. Let me just tell you one thing, after about five years of serious roleplay and over eight years of server administration, I can tell you that I am a well versed member of the roleplay community and you with your entire group of friends are simply minges out to go on a witch hunt after anyone that disagrees with them. I have seen this in every roleplay community I have been a part of and let me assure you, none of them ever last. I wont tolerate that kind of behavior and as many of the staff know, I will ensure that the servers rules and guidelines are upheld to a T.



Overall, this entire thread has no evidence of me abusing my powers or breaking any rules. In regards to that, I have replied to all allegations made against me in the OP and therefore shall not be further replying to this unless necessary to do so. Thank you for reading and considering my input. I implore the higher staff to evaluate this thread and make their decision.
