Unban Reason: I had been being chased by a cop for about 5 minutes from when I spawned in at the hospital to when I ran all the way to the Casino. It was at that point that the cop got tired of chasing me and began to shoot myself, an unarmed civilian at casino because he had become tired of chasing me. He said nothing but that is besides the point as I am not reporting him. I ran down the street that connects to the back entrance of casino and was able to doge most of the bullets and make it around the corner out of the sight of the shooter. But my friend had been arrested in the process and I wanted to save him. I ran a bit more ending up around the block when a kind civilian allowed me to borrow his car to break my friend out. I drove towards where I believed he was being arrested when I saw the same cop who had shot me arresting him. I became filled with fear as that cop had code reded me 2 minutes prior and I believed that he was still an immediate threat to my life. I attempted to run him over as he was an immediate threat to my life but missed resulting in him pulling a gun on me and to my knowledge aiming it. I then attempted the second time and succeeded but accidentally ran over my friend in the process. (Keep in mind the cop had originally shot me 2 minutes prior and had pulled a gun on me 15 seconds prior. He was also in the road and was arresting my friend) It was then that I pulled into the FD garage and then was pulled into a sit being accused of VDM x2. Backflare argued that my life was not in danger but one would most defiantly believe that someone who shot u 2 mintutes prior and pulled a gun 15 seconds prior was a threat to your life if he saw you. I used my car as my only means of defense which is allowed by this rule, " You may use your vehicle as a weapon if you or a befriended life is in immediate danger " (2.2 #3). I was also banned for a day due to quote "an extensive history" (Backflare) but then when I mentioned that none of the history was for VDM he responded by saying, "It doesn't matter you should know the rules". I almost see this as player targeting because everyone should be given the same chance and ones punishment should not be extended simply because they have played as a criminal a long time. Ultimately I believe that my life was in immediate danger and my punishment was ultimately to large as I had no prior offenses for this type of action. For perspective my longest ban is a warning point ban besides this one and I have not received any warning points in a decent amount of time. I shouldn't be treated as a minge who joined just to VDM as many people as possible.
